Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping And Handling
UK Mainland* DELIVERY IS FREE (under 10kgs)
Using Royal Mail Standard Delivery
In-stock items are normally delivered within 3/5 working days by Royal Mail.
However during holiday periods please allow 7 - 14 working days.
Special Delivery UK Mainland using Royal Mail is £9.95
Dispatched same day or next working day (Monday to Friday)
For Orders after 3pm Friday, we will dispatch as soon as possible on Monday
During holiday periods please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive
(*Mainland does not include Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Nrth Ireland etc).
ALL United Kingdom Off-Shore Islands:
Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland etc., delivery is £12.95 up to 2 kgs weight. Royal Mail Standard Delivery Only : Please allow 7-14 days. Allow longer during holiday periods.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send out IN-STOCK items to mainland UK within 3/5 working days after payment is received (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). Normally we send orders out much earlier than this if possible. During holiday periods please allow 7-14 days. Out of Stock items are usually sent to you in 7-14 business days. UK Off Shore orders are generally received usually in under 21 days, however please allow longer during peak holiday periods.

Returns Policy Faulty goods may be returned for a full refund including postage and packaging.
Gifts, Collectibles, Canvases & Unwanted Gift returns are accepted within a 'cooling off' period of 14 working days after reciept, as long as the consumer takes 'reasonable care' of the goods and packaging prior to any return. Posting and packaging for unwanted items is at the consumers expense.
Within 24hours of return of unwanted goods we will refund your payment, less postage and packaging. Alternatively if asked we will arrange the collection, all documents and a convenient time for collection. There is a cost for this, its £18 per parcel.
Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
